At LUM Auto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LUM Auto account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
